Established in 2022, Evolve Counseling & Consultation, LLC is at the forefront of mental wellness and advocacy in the Midsouth. Evolve Counseling & Consultation was purposefully established to provide thoughtful, compassionate mental health support in a space that is safe, respectful, approachable and intentional about improving the mental wellness of all in need.
Owned by Josephine Flowers, Evolve focuses on meeting clients where they are and supporting meaningful, sustainable growth. Josephine brings professional training, empathy, and a collaborative approach to every session, working alongside clients as they navigate challenges and move toward greater clarity and well-being. Josephine initially entered the healthcare field as a registered nurse and practiced in the Neurosurgical Intensive Care Unit setting and the Home Health Care setting. Josephine Flowers has worked in the field of healthcare as a nurse and professional counselor in Crittenden County for over 25 years. Josephine received both her Bachelor of Science in Nursing Degree and her Master of Rehabilitation Counseling Degree through Arkansas State University. Josephine is licensed through the State of Arkansas as a Licensed Professional Counselor. Josephine believes strongly that through support every individual has the ability to choose to deepen self awareness, develop a plan that fits their own uniqueness and take the necessary action to evolve towards a better life and a better self.
